This Central mixing plant for base and sub-base provides higher production with close control on quality of
mix and production cost. The Wet mix plant is specially designed to suit the typical Indian site conditions. Capacity
Range from 60 to 250 TPH. The plant can be constructed to meet tailor made requirements.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF STATIONARY WET MIX TYPE PLANT MODEL "PERFECT" WMM 100-200 TPH :THE PLANT CONSISTS OF :--
COLD AGGREGATE FEEDER:
Stationary cold aggregate feeder. Four-bin cold aggregate unit includes Gathering conveyor with 600 mm wide driven by 5 HP Electric Motor. Belt feeders under each bin are driven by 2 HP variable speed drive and fitted with adjustable quadrant gates. (Capacity of each bin is approximately 10 MT)
VIBRATORY SCREEN:
For the removal of the oversize material
SLINGER CONVEYOR :
Charging conveyor having 5 Hp electric motor to be used with cold aggregate feeder equipped with a weighbridge for continuously monitoring the weight of the aggregate in TPH.
MIXING UNIT
OF WET MIX PLANT :
Mixing unit so designed to mix material with exact quantity of water content to prepare a homogeneous mixture, also designed robust quality of wear resistant paddle arms for long life. It is fitted with 25 HP AC motor with fluid coupling.
Load-Out Conveyor with Hydraulic Gob Hopper & Power-Pack :
Stationary water Storage Tank of 10,000 Liters Capacity:
Stationary 10,000 liter Capacity water Tank fitted with 3 HP water pump Kirloskar Make.
